The One Group are pleased to be working with a leading precision engineering company in Cambridgeshire who have created a brand-new position for a Quality Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to be joining the business, with plenty of orders coming through the door and growing at a fast rate. With this being a brand-new role within the company you will have the opportunity to make it your own and develop a planning function to suit the business needs.
My client manufacture precision engineered components for the Medical Technology, Scientific and Aerospace sectors to name a few and have increased production facilities from 2 to 4 over the past 12 months.
The duties include:
- Lead a team of quality inspectors over 4 manufacturing sites
- Undertake audits to ISO9001 and AS9100
- CMM inspection of machined components
- Delegate work to the quality team
This role would suit an accomplished Quality Team Leader experienced in leading a team of inspectors with previous inspection of machined components.
