Salary: £14.02 p/hr
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 37 hours with a Hybrid working pattern 2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own Portfolio
- Handling all billing related activities
- Seek to resolve queries within agreed SLA
- Build Relationships with both customers and consultants
What do you need?
- Industry Experience
- Previous experience in call centre environments
- Super Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office app (Especially Excel)
- Personable and Engaging
