Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely input of information.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administrator or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities.
