An opportunity to join a successful, well established Financial Services business. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a Customer Manager. They offer bridging finance on residential, and commercial properties. This role is critical to the continued development and growth of the business and you will be part of a supportive, friendly and professional team. If you have experience of working within the property industry all the better.
Customer Account Manager Key Duties
- Responsible for supporting clients through the lifecycle of their loan and ensure that all clients receive a positive and helpful experience
- Assess how properties have improved through the tenure of the loan
- Ensure that deadlines are met and manage agreed timescales with each account
- Responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, brokers and professional advisers on a regular basis
- Responsible for making contact and introducing yourself to all clients in your portfolio within first 3 months of starting the role
- Ensure that any issues are resolved in a professional and calm manner
- Attend regular meetings with your Team Leader
- Manage accounts that are in arrears and work on best courses of action
- Working to deadlines and prioritising a busy workload
- Ad hoc duties as required
