We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our team in Brent, London. This role is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to embark on a rewarding teaching journey. The position is set to begin in September, and we encourage applications from candidates who are passionate about primary education and possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that engage and educate young learners in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to support their development.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and well-being.
- Participate in and contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Utilise a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
