We are looking for a part or newly qualified accountant to join a growing organisation near Wakefield as a Finance Business Partner. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to provide financial analysis, insights, and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information and advice.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Budgeting.

- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
