LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £50k +
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A highly successful, forward thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to join their team based in Archway, North London.
The role will involve growing the property register; maximising branch profitability and by managing and developing the Lettings team to reach their full potential.
You will be a seasoned Estate Agency Lettings professional in a similar management role or a capable Assistant Manager with exceptional managerial skills, ready to take the next step in your career.
You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients and landlords delivering first class experience every time. You will be highly motivated, and target driven; well spoken, energetic, excited about the role and keen to progress a career in the property industry!
