Care Assistant / Support Workers - Saturday / Sunday / Weekend shifts
My client is a medium sized privately owned care company who support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community. Their goal is to help their service users to have a happy and valuable life experience... and for their team to have passion for the work they do.
With a standard shift containing a visit to one or at most two of their service users, you get the opportunity to really make a difference to their life's. To ensure the levels of support each care professional is matched to the service users based upon personalities, interests and hobbies to maintain the person centric support provided. All the clients supported have individual personalities and skillsets albeit with a range of neurological disorders and complex needs, you will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than the traditional task focused care service other providers offer. (full training will be provided)
We are looking for care assistants with a driving licence to help make a real difference working on either a Saturday or Sunday.
Great pay rates starting at £13.75 per hour
- To be successful you need to be based close to Crawley, West Sussex, hold a full and valid UK or EU/EAA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
