Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit an Interim SOX Controller.
The Company: Is a leading international multi-channel retailer, founded 25 years ago. The group generate revenues in access of £400m and employs a workforce of 3000. With over 1200 sites globally, the UK companies operate from over 200 outlets and manufacturing sites which serves some of the UK's leading corporates in their sector
The role: is to support the business by documenting processes and controls. Formulate charts and business flow diagrams. Implement controls and administartion guide lines to adhere to SOX requirements. Challenge how things are done and documented and implement best practice controls and administrative procedures to ensure SOX guidelines are adhered to and achieved.
The person: graduate comfortable working in a corporate environment perhaps with a retail or supply chain background. An eye for detail organised and thorough strongexperiencee in SOX processes and procedures. Confident and out going, comfortable building business relationships and challenging how things are documented and SOX controls achieved.
