Air Tightness Consultant
My client provides a comprehensive array of building inspection services tailored for both residential and commercial properties. They offer support throughout every phase of the building process, beginning with the pre-design stage and concluding with the final handover. Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 1 or Level 2 ATTMA certification
- Proficiency in key modelling and IT software packages
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of building regulations and construction industry guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Actively engaging with construction site teams
- Analysing and interpreting test results
- Communicating effectively with clients and site agents
- Conducting pre-test audits
- Generating compliance reports following the testing process
- Identifying potential issues and/or weaknesses in building designs
- Providing clients with advice on suitable remedial options in the event of failure
