Our client is one of the UK's largest and well-known Logistic Supply Partners, operating a fast paced, leading service to a range of high-profile, well-known household brands where innovation is at the heart of what they do, leading the way across the 3PL industry to continually improve and enhance service to their customers.

We're now looking for an experienced HR Systems Analyst, to join their successful team based in Appleton, where you will be a key player in the production and delivery of all people metrics and data reporting across all sites. This includes cyclical reports, ad hoc requests, and supporting on the continuous improvement projects across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times.
  • Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data through validation reporting.
  • Collaborate and work in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines.
  • Produce and interpret large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances, making recommendations that drive efficiency and deliver improvements into the HR service offering.
  • Understand and adhere to internal processes whilst striving for continuous improvement.
  • Understand, interpret, and provide feedback and suggestions on MI requests.
  • Be flexible and able to respond quickly to requests for MI support.
  • Process organizational structure changes in the selected HR system.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences.

Skills and Experience:

  • The successful individual should have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar role, ideally within HR.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications in particular Microsoft Excel with a focus on complex formulae, data analysis and VBA is essential.
  • Knowledge of the iTrent / Midland HR system and SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable.
  • Experience and understanding of other HR systems; including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Learning and Development is desirable.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy whilst working to deadlines is a requirement for the role.
  • You must have the ability to work autonomously, as well as within the wider HR team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, being confident in managing relationships at all levels.
