We are looking for a Technical Estimator HVAC
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. As an HVAC Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing, estimating, and selling HVAC systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluating blueprints, specifications, and proposals: You'll analyse project documentation to prepare accurate estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.Site visits and understanding project requirements: Conduct on-site visits to grasp the HVAC needs of each project.
Preparing competitive bids: Create and submit precise bids to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Familiarity with HVAC estimation software
