A property company based in Wimbledon are looking for an experienced and switched on Block Manager to join their growing team.

In this role, you will need strong administrative skills to keep track of property listings, contracts, and client interactions.

Your excellent communication skills will allow you to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with the necessary information. Your organisational abilities will help you manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.

The main purpose of a Block Manager role is:

  • Assist clients in renting properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Market and advertise available properties through various channels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and client interactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and property regulations

Block Manager Specification:

  • Must be local
  • Must have experience in Block Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task / meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • An adaptable and versatile individual.
