Join our client, a prestigious and growing Asset Manager, managing approx. £10 billion as a Compliance Monitoring Analyst (Financial Promotions / Communications) where you will hold this dynamic hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in supporting their Marketing and Distribution teams by reviewing and approving financial promotions and documents. The role will also encompass regulatory horizon scanning, ongoing monitoring and providing constructive feedback to teams ensure comply with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve retail and investment marketing materials including RFPs, presentations, factsheets, brochures, web content, videos, and emails.
- Provide constructive feedback to ensure marketing materials comply with regulations.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements for marketing material review.
- Assist with Compliance Monitoring and provide management information as needed.
- Offer compliance advice to Marketing and Distribution teams.
- Support the company's training program and help design compliance policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and FCA financial promotion rules. European regulatory knowledge is a plus.
- High IT literacy, especially in MS Office and Excel.
- Ideally proven experience with Marketing / Communication Compliance within Asset Management / Funds / Wealth / PB etc.
