Location: Birmingham - 3 Days on Site across Birmingham
Contract Duration: 6 months
Hays is collaborating with the local council to recruit a dedicated Sport Development Officer. This role is pivotal in supporting and assisting the council in managing and controlling the finance budget and projects across their sport development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Sports Manager with the capital portfolio within the Sports Team.
- Provide coordination and support across the project.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain programme documentation, track progress, and support governance processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in sports development or a related field.
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Project Management.
