Senior Project Manager (Manufacture / Instillation)
Exeter – (Kingsbridge travel twice a week)

This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional planning and organizational skills. You are responsible for leading projects from concept to instillation / completion, ensuring high-quality, safe, and financially managed outcomes. This involves detailed planning, team leadership, effective communication, budget management, regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with three project managers the operations manager and managing director as well as the production team to meet strict deadlines. You will be expected to use your initiative and overcome any challenges that come your way.

The Role:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources
- Lead and delegate tasks to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient workflow and resource management.
- Develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, ensure quality control, and manage risks.
- Maintain regular stakeholder communication and find areas of improvement
- Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, providing detailed financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and industry regulations, developing and implementing safety protocols.
- Optimize project processes, integrate feedback, and provide training
The Person:
- Experience as Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager ideally in an Engineering Field
- Experience in high pressured environments managing projects from conception through to completion. You must have exceptional planning skills.
- CDM Experience Ideal
- Prince2 Qualification Ideal
