Information on the role
- Maintain electronic & physical filing system
- Track & Update records, e.g., training, invoices, & project documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars & handling correspondence
- Liaise between all departments, facilitating document exchange
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, & adherence to company standards
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement & implement solutions
- Assist in reports & presentations
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality, security, & integrity of sensitive documents
What we'd like from you
- Previous experience in a Document Control or Office Admin role
- Proficiency with Reflow would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Products
- Solid data entry skills
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills
- High level of accuracy
- Pro-active problem solver
