Early Careers Recruiter

We're looking for an Early Careers Recruiter to lead on our apprentice, placement, and graduate recruitment.

By collaborating closely with our Learning & Development team and our hiring managers, you will develop an effective early careers recruitment strategy and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish, allowing us to attract and secure the best early careers talent.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with L&D and hiring managers to devise our early careers recruitment plan.
  • Co-ordinate all regular communication and updates to key internal stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of content and branding to enable candidate attraction and improve brand awareness.
  • Working alongside our people strategy team to investigate and implement strategies to encourage diverse talent attraction to the business.
  • Build relationships with key universities and educational establishments.
  • Coordinating attendance at careers fairs.
  • Organising and facilitating our assessment centres.
  • Creating job adverts that attract the best talent.
  • Advertise roles across all relevant job boards for Early Careers.
  • Send out all offer paperwork and supporting documentation to successful candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records within our ATS and recruitment trackers

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in internal recruitment, specific experience in early careers recruitment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate, challenge and influence effectively, and with confidence, as you will be speaking with candidates and hiring managers via phone and or Teams calls.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to collate, utilise and interpret data to provide valuable insights.
