From humble beginnings and an idea from a local entrepreneur, to a projected turnover of £12 Million in 2024, our client has experienced significant growth in recent years and has plans to further expand across the UK, Ireland and Europe. They are seeking to appoint a Community Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing their growing and highly engaged customer community online.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales, the Community Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development of a robust brand strategy for customer social media community channels by implementing clear guidelines that are effective and engaging. The Community Marketing Manager will develop a social community content plan to further enhance customer engagement and capabilities of the community.
The Community Marketing Manager will work closely with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to executing customer community initiatives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills alongside the following experience
- Significant business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing experience and responsibility for managing customer engagement on social media
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies within the consumer goods, food or FMCG industry
- Demonstrable experience of developing brand guidelines and delivering campaigns to boost customer engagement
- Experience of evaluation and measuring digital communications/user experience, insights, and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and presentation skills
