Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and development, helping to create a positive and effective classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them understand and complete assignments.

Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and attention.

Help maintain a well-organised and positive classroom environment.

Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and extracurricular activities.

Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom resources.

Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant Certificate, are desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
