Support Conyeyancer - Birkenhead

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our client's team. As a Support Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing holiday cover for Conveyancers, and ensuring all legal requirements are met. This is a crucial role that requires excellent time management, IT, organizational, and communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW

  • Up to £36,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday
  • 35 hours per week

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CONVEYANCER'S DAY

- Conduct title searches and investigate property ownership history
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction process
- Deal with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Deal with different types of property tranasctions including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership to name a few
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client information
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property transactions

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
