My client are a leading brand on the world market, located in Bristol with five divisions in the group offering services to the Garden Retail, Horticulture, Sport, Industrial, and Fencing industries. They are an incredibly fast growing company with an international presence in both India and Dubai.

The Senior Designer will work as part of a creative team. You'll lead on all branding & packaging design as well as producing materials to support the ongoing growth of the brand and company.
You will be responsible for producing advertising/marketing materials and packaging projects for the retail ranges while leading the development of a number of brand identities both B2B and B2C in order for them to be well represented in a competitive marketplace.
What we are looking for:
- A genuine passion for creativity and design with a natural creative flair.
- A good track record in designing creative work with flair.
- You'll manage the creative function including managing creative resource and processes and a small design team.
- You will need to have the ability to manage the creative project from concept meetings through to hands on design work.
- Creative, bold, and digitally savvy.
- Hunger for new technology and the skill to adapt it for our industry
- Capacity to analyse briefs and work independently on projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational and administration skills
- The ability to work flexibly and respond to proactively to changing requirements and deadlines.
- Expert in the latest Adobe CC suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects and Premier.
- Previous experience in leading the design on branding and packaging design.
