The Role

Please note that this role will involve regular travel between your home, Alderley Park, and Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the outline quantity surveying tasks we are looking for you to assist or take a leading role in:

  • Cost Reporting.
  • Variation Accounts.
  • Applications for Payments.

Assisting experts with Contract Administration and Disputes will also be required.

The Person

  • The right attitude is the key to success at Nexus! You will be confident, driven to succeed, a real self starter and someone who likes to take on responsibility!
  • Currently undertaking or recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 2 years on the job experience (either day release or post degree)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
