Description
- Site based in Goole you will be the the go to person for all aspects of HR
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Assess and monitor employee performance and development goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand and execute the organisation's human resource strategy.
- Communicate effectively with the HR team and management to ensure alignment with the company goals.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- In-depth understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package ranging from £40,000 to £52,000.
