Reed Wolverhampton is on the hunt for a Service Administrator to become an integral part of their high-performing team in Penkridge, Staffordshire. What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients.
- Plan and coordinate the work of a dedicated team of Engineers.
- Ensure smooth operations by optimising schedules and enhancing productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships across Technical, Customer Service, and Finance departments.
What We're Looking For:
- The ability to work independently.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience Required:
- 2 years in Customer Services (within an office)
- 2 years scheduling/planning experience is essential
