Training and Recruitment Co-ordinator

Regional north east law firm is looking to appoint a new Training and Recruitment Co-ordinator into their established HR and People Services team.

Working closely with the head of HR and the Operations Director you will be responsible for looking at training across the business with a focus on the soft skills and developing a training pathway.

In addition, they are looking for someone who can also pick up the co-ordination of recruitment in the business. They don't have a high volume of roles but they would like someone who can dedicate some of their week to this.

This would suit a HR professional with previous training experience and can be considered on both a full and part time basis. There are people in the HR team and you will get all the support you need but they are really looking for someone who has plenty of initiative, drive and enthusiasm to push this role forward.
