Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an Interim Finance Assistant to join a client based in BS16 - Outskirts of central Bristol. This assignment is for a period of circa 3 months, with the potential to become permanent.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months, potential to be extended/permanent
Salary: £26,800 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Location: BS16 + Parking
Working hours & pattern: 37.5 hours a week, office based
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing & approving invoicing
- Processing weekly & monthly payroll - gathering, calculating and inputting data
- Managing petty cash & reporting of site
- Assisting the wider team, providing cover when needed - Finance admin
- Dealing with queries
- Ensuring employee data is correctly uploaded & amendments made
Skills/Experience needed:
- Previous experience in a finance role - Any experience with payroll is desirable
- Computer literate
- Good communication
- Team player
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to work to deadlines
