Remuneration: £60,000-£80,000 + Uncapped Profit share bonus, 5%-10%

The role of the Senior Sales Manager - Accessible Washrooms will involve:
- Sales Manager position, selling our clients manufactured range of functional and practical adapted bathroom equipment and accessories (products such as grab rails, showering, accessible washroom equipment and washroom accessories) through the projects channel
- The project team's primary focus is on main contractors & specifiers with a secondary focus on sub-contractors and merchants
- Manage the entire project sales channel, including both national and overseas accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies and revenue targets for the projects team
- Coach and support the team to maximise performance and ensure targets are met
- Oversee senior functions within the team including: introductory meetings with clients, relationship management meetings, proposal preparation etc.
- Conduct weekly channel meetings as well as preparing reports & forecasts
- Visit key account customers as and when required
The ideal applicant will be a Senior Sales Manager - Accessible Washrooms with:
- Must have experience managing a senior sales team with both direct & indirect reports
- Must have project sales management experience, managing a project sales pipeline
- Must have experience selling into main contractors, specifiers or large orders into merchants
- Commercial minded with a strong business acumen
- Hungry, humble & smart
- Strong work ethic and integrity
