- Strong Administrative Background: A solid 18-month office experience with a background in administration, preferably in a professional, financial setting.
- Desire for Learning: Enjoys a comprehensive and supportive induction training package, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development.
- Client Focus: Committed to providing exceptional service to clients, making a positive impact within the mortgage sector.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure a smooth application process for clients.
- Manage the application process from initial submission on the website to completion.
- Handle high levels of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting teams, understanding and meeting specific criteria.
- Process paperwork from brokers and review information for underwriting purposes.
- Coordinate property valuations by arranging valuers to inspect properties.
- Gain a deep understanding of how the mortgage sector operates.
Location: Kings Hill
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 5:30 PM
