Previous experience within an industrial/production-based role is essential.
Location:
Oldham, OL1 (near Oldham Coliseum Theatre)
Job Type:
Temporary to Permanent
Shifts during Training:
- Monday to Friday, rotating between 06:30am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10:30pm.
Once trained:
- Fixed Nights (Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm to 06:30am)
Pay Rate:
£11.44 per hour (increasing to £12 per hour after training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment within the department.
- Follow the production schedule to meet operational targets.
- Handle raw materials by feeding and monitoring machinery temperatures.
- Build and package finished products.
- Assist in the warehousing department as needed.
- Perform any additional duties as required by management.

Essential:
The successful individual will hold a minimum of two years relevant experience within a production or machine operating role, with the confidence and ability to learn new skills quickly.
