Operational Support - (Administration / Document Controller)

Lovell Partnerships is focused upon the construction of new build, affordable housing and is currently in a phase of substantial growth.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-orientated, and proactive Operational Support to join the operations team at our Exeter office.

As the Operational Support, you will play a crucial role in providing Operational and Administrative Support to the Region including Document Control. You'll be responsible for typing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos and emails, coupled with uploading documents on Project+ (training will be provided) and general day to day filing.

This is a varied role and therefore no two days are the same!

Candidates should have previous administrative and document controlling experience, ideally within the new build housing sector, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised, reliable and having excellent attention to detail, you will be competent with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Whilst this role is based in Exeter, there will be a requirement to occasionally work from our other Regions Project Offices, of which you will be able to claim back your travel allowance and therefore candidates must have a flexible approach.
