Engineering Manager - Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, Stakeholder engagement,3rd party management, leadership and collaboration, Blueyonder
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and established Engineering Manager to manage multipole teams on a major programme within a busy Supply Chain Transformation.
For this role you must have:
- Solid experience in a Software Engineering Manager position
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Incident resolution and workflow management experience
- Managing Best Practices in a controlled manner
- Triaging work before releasing into the business
- Retail experience and preferably knowledge within supply chain management
- Experience managing teams both onshore and offshore
- 3rd party vendor management
- Experience of working with large technical teams across other divisions
- Blueyonder experience would be highly advantageous
