Description
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department
- Assisting with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence with candidates
- Maintaining HR records and databases
- Coordinating employee training and development activities
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Assisting with the handling of employee relations issues
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
