Your new role
As Financial Accountant, your role will be to deliver an accurate financial accounting process.
Duties include:
- Preparation of monthly and weekly payment runs.
- Weekly cashflow forecasting to the Finance Director.
- Maintaining the PO process, including setting up new customers/suppliers.
- Ownership of Balance Sheet accounts.
- Overseeing the year-end statutory accounts preparation for external audit.
- Supporting monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic and proactive team-player with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance function.
Candidates are also expected to have the below experience:
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, or Part Qualified (with only a few exams left).
- Good knowledge of finance legislation.
- Understanding accounting principles.
- Knowledge of company systems and finance working practices.
- Adaptability and accountability.
What you'll get in return
- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Full-time / Permanent
- Hybrid working (after training is completed)
