This organisation are seeking to broaden their fantastic finance team by bringing on a talented and experienced Finance Manager into their organisation. This business has gone through a sustained period of growth, and are looking to take on an individual with a history of working in the non-for-profit or education sector. As a Finance Manager, you will be involved with the production of management accounts and be at the forefront of the budgeting and forecasting process. You will often have one to one conversations with business partners and senior non-financial figures discussing their allocated spending and financial health. Skills Required

  • To have experience with budgeting and forecasting, having complex conversations with budget holders and an ability to be able to efficiently manage expenditure at times.
  • To have experience with posting journals such as accruals and prepayments, and to have completed reconciliations on both the bank and balance sheet.
  • To be confident when producing detailed reports on both Microsoft Excel and various accounting software. It is important to be an intermediate user of Excel, one who can use Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
  • To be either studying your ACCA or CIMA qualification, or to have strong experience working in the finance function in either education or non-for-profit organisations.
