We support a wide range of clients, ensuring their fleets remain operational and efficient. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Repairs Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Repairs Administrator - Position Overview:
The Repairs Administrator will play a vital role in managing and coordinating the repair processes for aerospace spare parts. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers, monitoring repair progress, and maintaining accurate records.

Repairs Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the repair process for aerospace spare parts from initiation to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and repair stations to ensure timely and accurate repair work.
  • Monitor repair status and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and update repair records in our database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Process repair orders and invoices and handle any related documentation.
  • Address and resolve any repair-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the repairs department.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the aerospace industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with aerospace regulations and compliance is an advantage.
