This agency have developed a range of bespoke tools in order to apply research using behavioural science as the premise, they will be able to provide training and a thorough and insightful education on different behavioural science techniques which are wide and varied all go towards understanding human behaviour and the choices that they make.
The Opportunity:
They are looking for an Associate Director level to join the team to support the senior directors on a range of projects. You will be either an established RM looking for a step up or in an AD role already. You should come from a qualitative background with experience delivering multi-country research projects and manage them through the full life cycle. You should have an excellent and in-depth understanding commercially and you will take a lead on presentations and be proactive in the wider research community, happy to present at conferences and promote the agency. You will need to have an interest in behavioural science, be passionate, knowledgeable and perhaps even have a track record of delivering research based on behavioural science and behaviour change tools in qual analysis, though not essential as they will provide training.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, somebody who has a real interest in qual research and behavioural science and how to apply this understanding to the research world. At AD level you should be experienced in managing projects, budgets, teams and client expectations. The nature of the work means you will always be challenging your thinking and trying to come up with ideas as to how best resolve clients commercial problems applying behavioural science at the heart of the approach.
