- £12.18 per hour
- To start soon and with an opportunity to go permanent
- 37 hours per week
- Hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and until 4.30pm on Friday.
About the Customer Service Officer role
- Must have previous and recent call centre handling experience to apply for this role
- Dealing with incoming volume calls
- You will be highly resilient, able to demonstrate that you have handled difficult calls and complaints effectively
- Ideally you will have also dealt with vulnerable contacts
- Must be able to demonstrate that you can handle calls with empathy
- Must have sound ICT skills, as you will be logging information onto the database as you speak to contacts
- Must have a calm telephone manner
