* Basic Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum.
* OTE Average: £46,000, with the potential for more.

My client is seeking a skilled and experienced LCV Van Technician in Poole, Dorset. The ideal LCV Technician will live in the Poole, Dorset area & have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly for light commercial vehicles (LCVs) up to 7.5 tonnes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work on LCVs up to 7.5 tonnes.
- Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues to customers in an understandable manner.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience working on vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
- EV certification or relevant experience with electric vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills
