Due to internal promotion & succession planning, our solutions focussed & Wiltshire based client require a technically astute, agile & commercial FP&A professional to join them.

Leading in a niche arena, this business is internationally renowned & sustainability is key on their agenda & as their new Senior Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, implementing financial strategies & ensuring the long-term financial stability of a specialised division.

Your leadership skills are paramount to your appointment, so demonstrable capability of leading your teams to date is expected.

You will utilise your expert knowledge & experience to positively drive the division & team forwards, supporting business decisions that impact retention & growth, & as Senior Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager you will find yourself:

  • managing the Annual Budget & Quarterly Forecasts
  • identifying ways to improve the profitability & cashflow for the division
  • influencing the SLT to make necessary changes
  • ensuring that the monthly & year end accounts are completed
  • collaborating with Commercial & Operational Directors to enable them

to achieve their financial objectives

About you:

As well as having a background in FMCG &/ or Manufacturing, without doubt this role will utilise your technical accounting ability to the maximum, so you must be confident in your skills set & what you can bring to the position.
The position is highly visible within the organisation working in partnership with key stakeholders.

Your repertoire must also include holding a professional accounting & finance qualification, CIMA, ACA, or ACCA, with a proven track record of cost control, profitability capability, journaling, budgeting & forecasting.
MRP systems & Excel will be second to none to you & knowledge of standard costing is essential.

Hybrid working is the norm with this business, though the ideal scenario is 3 days in the office & 2 days working remotely.
A remuneration package of salary up to £95,000 p/a, an enhanced pension, 25 days holiday which will increase to 28 days, healthcare scheme, life insurance & bonus is on offer.
