Parts Administrator Hayes, UB3 1ET

  • Full time (Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm)
  • Permanent position
  • £30,000 per annum dependent on experience

Established in West London for 15 years, our client is a trusted supplier of spare parts for commercial vehicles, including vans, trucks, and buses. They are an area distributor for leading brands such as Fleetguard, Coopers Filters, Multipart Bus Parts, and more.

The Role

Become part of a team of 12 dedicated employees who serve a wide range of customers, including fleet operators, repair garages, workshops, and owner-drivers across London and the Home Counties.

As a Parts Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive the best service. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, handling their needs from quotes to the supply of parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying client needs for parts
  • Preparing and providing quotes
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely supply
  • Managing invoicing and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and updating inventory records
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers

The Ideal Candidate

They're looking for someone ideally with motor trade experience and strong communication skills. You will also have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer and IT tasks
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicles and vans
  • Strong organisational skills
