I am currently working with a reputable full service law firm who are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor, who has experience in both Residential and Commercial Property transactions, to join their busy team in Cheltenham.
You will be a qualified solicitor, Cilex qualified, OR an established non-qualified fee earner. Preferably you will have over 5 years PQE - however, all levels are welcome to apply!

You will be:
- Experienced in running your own caseload of Residential and Commercial Property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold properties, leases, and licenses for both Landlords and Tenants.
- Preferably have over 5 PQE+ experience (CILEX, or solicitor or fee earner)
- Have excellent client care skills
- Demonstrate initiative and self-sufficiency
- Ability to handle a varied caseload, project-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Keen marketeer with an active interest in business development
