Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Near Town Centre
Job Type: Full-time, (10.00am to 4.00pm, 5/6 days a week, including weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Team: Manage, train, and develop a team of staff to foster a dedicated and skilled workforce.
- Maintain Standards: Establish and enforce operating standards for health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Financial Oversight: Analyse costs and revenues to identify opportunities for additional income and cost-saving measures.
- Inventory Management: Conduct stock control and audits to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Operational Management: Oversee kitchen and front of house operations to ensure the quality preparation, cooking, and presentation of the menu.
- Staff Coordination: Ensure all staff members are organized and food is served promptly.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues swiftly.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the catering industry, with a preference for candidates with kitchen cooking knowledge.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead under pressure and organise kitchen and staff for maximum productivity.
- Hands-on Approach: Must be hardworking, motivated, and flexible with a hands-on approach to management.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work and overtime as needed.
