This role is for a Part time, Temporary Finance Officer who will oversee the financial operations within our not-for-profit organisation based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will have a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Description
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Complete purchase orders
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Assist with audits
- Enter financial information into appropriate software programs
- Improve financial systems and processes.
- Support the team with ad-hoc financial tasks.
Profile
A successful Temporary Finance Officer should have:
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and financial software applications.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability.
- Ability to work in Liverpool.
