Special Vehicle Supply Chain Management Senior Engineer

What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement vehicle parts sourcing strategies using both corporate and ad-hoc systems.
- Conduct due diligence for supplier sourcing to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Optimize supply chain routes in collaboration with internal logistics for enhanced efficiency.
- Manage internal stock, ensuring accurate counts to support the build program.
- Initiate and develop supply chain improvement roadmaps, leading the team through transformative changes.
- Coordinate with Vehicle Plant based MP&L and purchasing functions to integrate base vehicle changes within the Special Vehicle Manage the Change process.
What You Will Bring:
- A degree in Engineering or a relevant subject, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and familiarity with Corporate PC based MP&L programs and software packages.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging senior executives.
- Knowledge of supply chain route setups and experience working with internal logistics support
- Experience developing and implementing roadmaps for supply chain improvements.
- Experience in special vehicle/prototype parts sourcing, procurement, and delivery is highly desirable.
