IT Support Engineer– 3-month Contract – Manchester
My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide IT support for a 3-month contract. This opportunity will involve technical issues which will be handled by telephone, email and in person.
The customer is looking an IT Support Engineer to support the business's BAU IT duties.
The ideal IT Support Engineer must support Windows and Mac Machines. Tasks could include, password reset, software updates, hardware support, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, AV equipment, and general IT queries.
IT Support Engineer Requirements
- Windows 10/11 – Administration & Support
- Microsoft 365 troubleshooting – Outlook, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience with Intune, Azure AD / Entra AS and Exchange
- Active Directory experience – group policy – add/remove users
- MAC - Administration & Support
- Experience with Password resets, software updates, hardware support and AV Equipment
- Experience with ticketing, service desk systems
The Role Details
- Inside IR35
- On-site 5 days per week
- Experienced Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer
- Happy in a BAU position
- Start Date – 18th November
- Open to a Temp to Permanent solution
The successful IT Support Engineer is required onsite in Manchester, 5 days a week for the duration of the 3-month contract.
