Senior Capital Accountant – The Role & Responsibilities :

As a Senior Capital Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing their capital expenditure and maintaining the asset register. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-campus, providing a perfect balance of autonomy and collaboration within a supportive and vibrant academic setting.

Senior Capital Accountant – You:

  • Capital Expenditure Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of capital expenditure, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Asset Register Maintenance: Maintain and update the university's asset registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports related to capital projects and asset management, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes for capital projects, contributing to the university's long-term financial planning.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure all capital expenditure and asset management activities comply with internal policies and external audit requirements.
