KM4HR are exclusively recruiting for a strong and confident HR Business Partner for their Leeds based client.
As HRBP you will be driving the people strategy and support organisational goals while supporting the wider People & Culture team.
Key areas of focus include:
- Creating cyclical people plans alongside ongoing people management
- Supporting post-acquisition integration of businesses within the group
- Delivering organisational and individual change management plans
- Identifying and managing strategies that connect to the wider organisation, providing essential education, training, and development across the organisation
- Improving and delivering high-quality people programmes, creating policies, processes, and systems
- Management of employee relations' cases such as probationary reviews, performance management, absence, capability, grievance, and disciplinary matters
- Maintaining accurate people data and ongoing analysis to interpret trends and create people-focused solutions
Experience required for the role:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting in a professionally focused client environment
- Experience of Mergers & Acquisitions
- Confident with change management, organisational development, and workforce planning
- Current knowledge of employment legislation
- CIPD qualification
