We're working with a brilliant FinServ business, a car finance broker working with a range of lenders across the UK to help customers find the best deal for them.
Currently looking for someone to join their compliance team, working exclusively across Complaints, you will investigate and respond to complaints in line with the FCA regulations. Feedback to other areas of the business to mitigate any future risks, informa customers of the outcome of their complaints.
You will bring 2 years experience in a customer facing complaints role, brilliant communication skills.
