Do you have experience working within the financial services sector, within a KYC function?
GRG are looking for a KYC Analyst to join our client's expanding team within the banking sector. As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for performing Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence and customer identification processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring on new and existing clients.
  • Review customer documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and investigate suspicious activities and transactions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and documentation.
  • Analyse customer information and make recommendations for risk mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in KYC, AML, or related field in the banking industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to KYC and AML.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

This role offers a flexible working schedule, with up to 3 days in office across a Monday-Friday working week.
